With over 40 years of aviation experience, Michael P. Sparks leads Star Airways, Inc., a premier domestic air cargo company built on precision, safety, and service. His career includes leadership roles at US Airways, Continental Airlines, American Airlines, and TIMCO Aviation Services, where he earned a reputation for excellence in logistics and aircraft maintenance. Outside of aviation, Michael is a faith-driven entrepreneur and ordained minister through the Faith Ministries Alliance under Bill Winston Ministries. He and his wife, Charlene Sparks, co-lead Women With Vision, Inc. and the “Beat the Burnout Caregiver Tour Initiative,” serving caregivers and families through faith, wellness, and empowerment programs. A Houston native, licensed as a minister since 1991, Michael has served in churches and ministries across Texas and North Carolina. His passion lies in merging faith, business, and purpose to uplift communities, support families, and inspire transformational leadership.

Charlene Sparks, RN, BSN, affectionately known as the Resource Navigator, is a woman of many talents and a trailblazer in her own right. She is the Founder of Women with Vision, Inc. NC, a nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting women, caregivers, and families to help them become the best versions of themselves. Charlene is also the Co-Owner of Advantage Health Connection, Inc. in Greensboro, NC. Her mission revolves around embracing, empowering, and elevating individuals, not just through traditional health care but also by providing a platform for spiritual and mental wellness. Charlene excels in creating educational opportunities for personal and business development, making a positive impact on countless lives. In her personal life, Charlene is the devoted wife of Michael P. Sparks and the loving mother of three beautiful daughters, Victoria, Lauren, and her cherished inherited daughter, Danielle. She is a proud graduate of NC A&T State University, with her journey starting in 1979. Charlene's commitment to health care extends to her role as a Diabetes Care Manager and Lifestyle Coach, as well as a Diabetes Peer Educator. She's a passionate advocate for self-care and caregiving, offering invaluable support to those in need. As a firm believer in the power of faith, Charlene provides Christian faith-based spiritual empowerment education. Her expertise also extends to event consultancy, empowering others to achieve their goals. She is a trusted Health Care and Business Resource Navigator, guiding individuals toward the resources they need. Charlene is not just an advocate; she's an author too. Her extensive network in the business world and her unwavering commitment to helping others led her to become a certified personal life coach, and career coach. Today, she is living her dream of empowering individuals to achieve remarkable enhancements in their productivity, time management, motivation, leadership capabilities, adaptability, goal attainment, creativity, stress management, and work-life balance. Denise is deeply passionate about making a meaningful impact on people's lives. Through a blend of her comprehensive coaching expertise and personal life experiences, Denise establishes a foundation of empathy and trust with her clients. Meet Victoria Brewer, a dynamic professional with a diverse background. Victoria holds both an Associate Degree and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from North Carolina A&T State University. With an impressive 38-year career in nursing, Victoria has always recognized the crucial importance of taking vacations for rest, rejuvenation, and self-care. Throughout her nursing journey, Victoria has worn many hats, gaining valuable experience in various healthcare roles. She spent 9 years as an oncology staff nurse, demonstrating her dedication to patient care. Victoria's career also led her to roles such as Assistant Director of Nursing in Med-Surg, Inpatient Rehabilitation (Stroke Team), and Subacute Rehab Care. It was in the subacute rehab setting that Victoria discovered her true passion: case management. She excelled at guiding patients as they transitioned from a rehab setting back to their homes or higher levels of care. This included collaborating with case managers and conducting family meetings to ensure patients received the support they needed beyond the hospital walls. In 2007, she officially pursued a career in inpatient case management, obtaining certification in case management. Currently, she serves as a Hospital Liaison in Case Management for her employer. Victoria's exceptional dedication and contributions have not gone unnoticed. She has been the recipient of numerous awards throughout her career, including the Nurse Excellence Award in her local health system in 2019 and The Great 100 Nurses of North Carolina award in the same year. Her accomplishments also extend to the healthcare frontlines during the COVID-19 pandemic, where she earned two Good Catch awards from her employer. These awards underscore her significant positive impact on patients, families, and the healthcare system. Beyond her professional life, Victoria is actively engaged in her church community. Alongside her husband, she has served as a deaconess for over 20 years and currently holds a position on the Deacon Leadership Team. Victoria's musical talents shine as she has been the musician for the youth choir and actively involved in the Music Ministry for over two decades. Her unwavering faith and love for the Lord and His creation are at the core of what makes her heart sing. Victoria's diverse expertise, dedication to healthcare, and commitment to her community and faith make her a true inspiration and leader in her field.
